In my government class, one of the first projects was to find out a way to unite different races and cultures together in a group. My group thought that making a website featuring different culture events and recipes was a good idea. This way, if people wanted to learn more about different cultures or attend events, they can look up the website and get information. The website included a handful of things, like a slideshow, blog, and a section for recipes or events. The blog is open for people to submit different recipes or stories.

The people in my group were sometimes difficult to work with, but all around we got the work done. The most fun part however, was the art piece. We decided to make a cake containing a lot of different flags and little people holding hands. It turned out pretty good, and tasted great.It looked decent enough, and everyone loved it.
